IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION FOR PART-II, 2012
1. For Botany Hons. Paper – III & IV in Old syllabus should be Paper IV (100 marks)
& V (50 marks) in New syllabus and shall be held on 22/5 and 24/5 respectively
2. For Zoology Hons. Paper – III & IV in the Old syllabus should be Paper IV & V
(100 marks each) in New syllabus and shall be held on 22/5 and 24/5 respectively
3. For both BOTA & ZOOA, Old syllabus remains unchanged.
4. For Geography Hons, Paper-IV for New Syllabus shall be Practicals and shall be held in July 2012
while for Old Syllabus/ Casual candidates, it is 50 marks theoretical and shall be held on 24/5/12.
5. Physiology General Paper-III is Practicals and shall be held in July 2012.
6. B.Com Hons papers shall be held on 22/5 and 24/5/2012.

Application Forms for B.A./B.Sc/B.Com. Part-I Examinations shall be given to representatives from affiliated colleges on 4 & 5 May, 2012.
The last date of receiving filled up forms at the University without fine is 23 May and with fine is 27 May. No extensions shall be permitted.
There are minor modifications for B.B.A. candidates in the Schedule for Part-II Examinations. The Final Routine is attached below:

Urgent Communication Regarding UG Exams 2012
Notice
In response to a few applications received by the University for granting permission for Registration to UG courses at affiliated colleges under extraordinary
circumstances, the Council at its meeting on 23rd Nov has decided to extend the date of Registration for these few cases till 30th Nov, 2011. No registration
shall be permitted after this date under any circumstances whatsoever.
Affiliated colleges are also requested to send to the University by 1st December a list of such candidates along with their Part-II/III mark-sheets who have not
secured 35% / 30% in the aggregate but are willing to apply for review of upto two (2) of their answer scripts. The University may consider granting of review for
such candidates and ask for the requisite fees to be deposited by 8th Dec, 2011.

In Hons subjects like Zoology, Botany etc. where new syllabus is introduced from the Academic Session 2011-12, all students appearing in Part-I Exam in 2012 either as Regular or as Casual shall have to attempt only New syllabus questions.
