            Applications are invited from candidates for the following positions for a D.R.D.E. / DRDO funded project entitled: “Experimental Studies on the Interaction of Carbamate, Stress and Organophosphate” under Dr. Pratiti Ghosh, Principal Investigator, Reader & Head; Dr B. Giri, Assistant Professor, Department of Physiology, West Bengal State University. Berunanpukuria, Malikapur; North 24 Parganas. Kolkata-700126 and Dr Sajal Ray, Professor, Dept of Zoology, Calcutta University are the co-investigators.

 

Name of the post:

  1. Project Assistant :

Essential Qualification – At least 55% marks in M.Sc. in Physiology/ Zoology/ Biochemistry/ Life Sciences/ Biophysics / Biotechnology.
Desirable – Handling of small laboratory animals (Rats/ Mice). Knowledge of computer will be an added advantage.
The remuneration shall be Rs 8000/-  per month for a period of two years.

  1. Laboratory Attendant :

 

Essential Qualification – Higher Secondary with Biology (at least 50% marks).
Experience of laboratory work will be an added advantage.
The remuneration shall be Rs  3000/- per month for a period of two years.
