The last date of receiving application is already over. If you send any further application by post, it would not be considered. If your referees have not yet sent their recommendations, ask them to do so immediately. If you have forgotten to attach the bank draft, please send that immediately, otherwise your application will not be processed. For each post you are to send separate application with separate application fee. If you are applying as SC/ST/BC category, be sure that you possess valid certificate for belonging to that category. Otherwise it may be considered as an offence.
Also regularly look to this page from 1st week of November, 2008. We shall try to update you about the stages of development for the final interviews.
